So it would be more difficult for KP to sell the stadium, that they own, in the future? great, im sure Top & Co will back this 100% ... not

This is an indication of KP's intentions - if they are in it for the long haul, they will back it, if not then they won't.

Don't actually think it makes it more difficult - all it requires is for Top & Co to notify the Foxes Trust if they are are contemplating selling - at that point the FT can establish whether the purchaser has any ulterior motives i.e that the stadium won't be continued as a football venue at which point the Trust has an opportunity to attempt to raise the finance to purchase the stadium ... if that's unrealistic then I suspect there is nothing legal that could then stop the sale to the original interested party ... it does however mean that th stadium can't be sold without supporters knowledge - which I think is a positive thing for any club, to be frank ... also doesn't really matter whether Top & Co back it or not - it's about time that all football club owners recognise that you can't just come in and treat 100 plus years of history with complete disdain, no matter how rich you are ... if owners are genuine football people they should have no trouble in understanding that IMHO ...if not, tough ****, go and play with some different toys.
