In my day (and yes I'm an auld *ucker) as QPR supporters we talked amongst ourselves, we all had players we liked and ones we felt were not good enough for the team, but whenever we met them in person we were full of respect as I imagine most of you would be. They have after all achieved a level far grater then most supporters could dream of. My point is these players read these comments every day, they are by definition being footballers, young people, so these comments CAN and WILL affect their confidence. If you really want to help the team (and this bunch of lads with Warburton in charge have potential) then really think about your comments, it's easy to write crap when you return home from the pub. If all you can post is negative comments then maybe it's best not to post at all

Well said Flanman, although I wonder is it not easier to give up drinking? That way there is absolutely no excuse to post negative comments.
People in general respond to encouragement rather than negativity, irrespective of what their job is in life.
