    Has made himself available for England call after coming out of retirement!

    What difference will this make to JOHN RUDDY?

    I may be biased but I rate JR well ahead of Foster, pretty much on a par with Joe Hart!

    Won't make a difference to Hart he is so much better than Foster.

    How gracious of him to 'make himself available' for selection. IMO however desperate England are for a back up 'keeper he should never be considered. To be be selected to play for England should be the pinnacle of a professional's career, an honour and a privilege. As far as I'm concerened he can get stuffed and rot in the Championship !

    Surely Ruddy and Forster are well ahead of him, sounds like his agent trying to remind people he still exists

    I think the fact Dave Watson is working with John Ruddy he knows how talented he is more than anyone. I honestly think John Ruddy has cemented a place in the squad a bit, I know he has only been in two but he already seems to be considered the second choice keeper ahead of Butland and Green. Foster will be third choice I think, Ruddy is younger and more talented keeper. Obviously he is injured at the minute but he'll be back in the England team after I would imagine.
