The Football League has changed the date of the final round of games for L1 fixtures. It means that our last L1 game, at home to Notts County will be on Sunday 3rd May 2015 with a 12.15 kick off. This might cause a bit of a problem if anyone intended to go to church that morning, to pray for the 3 points that might keep us up - - - this wouldn't be a problem if we were in L2 - their last games are still on Saturday 2nd May. edit - and we're getting the vanishing spray in league games from 1st. January.
Good lord (apologies for taking the Lord's name in vain), vanishing spray at this level! They should put the money into half decent linesmen. I have a feeling that this year's will be tight, worrying considering how poor our final game of the season has been for the past decade or so...
