Two days after telling Cannock that he had nothing to worry about regarding Site Censorship and that I trusted our Moderators implicitly, they go and close down a thread that had 92 posts and almost two and a half thousand views.

I'm disappointed to say the least mainly because of how wrong I got it just a couple of days previously when I tried to reassure Cannock and Hoopton that their worries about over moderation were misplaced.

Sorry Gents, you were spot on. If you even think of uttering something remotely dissenting, Hitler and Goebbels will gag ye quicker than sh*t off a shovel.

If it was censorship it would be deleted, it's closed to comments, cos it's finished, you should've left it!
**** thread anyway, get over it.

92 posts and Two and a half Thousand views. If North don't like it, the rest can go swivel. How democratic.

I thought it was a ****e thread with some ridiculous views inside, but it shouldn't have been closed.
A thread is finished when people stop expressing their opinions in it!

Whilst I didn't agree with Swords' points of view he has the right to express them, if he doesn't get the message after 90 odd replies that's his problem, eventually it would peter out. By stepping in and closing it you are not helping the situation and 'censorship' in whatever form is denying members expressing their opinion, whatever you may think of it.

Funny you should say that rrrrrs because when I opened that thread after us opting out of the League Cup you were the first one to criticise and tell me to "grow up". A few minutes later however when irate fans started posting in agreement, you shut up fairly quick! Little wonder you were the first to denounce me on this thread as well. I wonder will you slither away again when once again you find you're on your own?

As for the other thread, as the lad's explained above, it will close when it closes. I thought that was the point.

I didnt post again because it was a **** THREAD and many people seemed to agree. As for 'slithering away' i made my point and, unlike yourself, chose NOT to labour my point. Try it yourself sometime.

Hitler and Goebbels? Wow... that's a bit strong!

Swords, a rumble with Northolt and you're Winston Churchill all of a sudden. What's going on man?

Have to say, I do love to play when someone puts the boot in unfairly. Stand by to be well and truly Goebbels-ed!

    Warnock Integrity Thread

Just read through both threads and it's clear enough to me, you were on a wind up on that thread. 92 posts has got to be more than enough to find out who agrees with you in doubting Warnock's integrity. You must know the answer by now, why keep going round and round in circles? It's all a bit silly really 'cos it seems like you're trying to convince fickle football fans who, for the most part couldn't care less about Warnock's integrity... just as long as we win.

Whilst reading through the 'integrity' thread, I noticed that you criticised Warnock for not putting more oomph into the early games and saying the season starts at Newcastle... but, Swords old son, that's exactly what you, me and others were saying all summer: the team wasn't good enough for the prem and we needed better players.

So why's it so wrong when NW says the same thing? Are you genuinely confused on this point or again just winding us up? This, whilst perpetuating a provocative thread that had long since past it's sell-buy date.

    Moderating and Censorship

Anyway, back to the issues that apart from the rather spiteful Nazi slur, caught my attention... did the anti-Warnock thread warrant moderating? Of course not, it wasn't unduly offensive. Was it censored? No, because it wasn't deleted in part or in whole.

    What happened then?

Well, I know because like I said, I just read through both threads to find out what caused you to start this big accusatory 'Censorship' one. Seems to me that winding people up with the COLIN thing became your intention at some point. I notice that Northolt did indicate to you more than once that you were pissing him off - and, guess what? He ends up retaliating by locking the thread!

Was Northolt out of order for using his moderator buttons to lock a thread that was no more than a bit irritating? Yep, I suppose so. Why do it then? Same answer as why a dog licks his dick - 'cos he can! Did he discuss it with me? Nope. Why not? Probably 'cos it wasn't a moderator thing and had nowt to do with me. Geobbels indeed!

Whilst Northolt may have been out of order (and the fact that he re-opened the thread speaks for itself) you have to accept that when you accused him of being undemocratic he immediately offered you the opportunity to prove him wrong. By ignoring his challenge to set up a poll, it comes over like you know he's right and the majority would go against you on this.

Question for me at this stage is why all the wind ups and false accusations mate? Doesn't bode well from where I'm sitting. Well disappointed tbh.

    Yours affectionately

Quite simply Brix, I was very surprised that a thread was closed when there was nothing offensive involved. As for the poll, I couldn't even remember him saying that. A pointless exercise in any case as I don't understand why the thread was closed in the first place. A bit disappointed Brix? That makes two of us.

    Anyway, time to move on.

    You never answered his question,
you just act like the innocent party who's been wronged, give it a rest mate.:emoticon-0149-no:
And yes I find you calling the manager of our club a 'disgrace' offensive and ungrateful.
    My last word on it.
