Don't forget the 18 points he gained coming second after a red flag that allowed him to unlap himself.
I wanted Honda to leave the sport after gaining the constructors championship. My lack of respect and thereby support for RBR management means I can not support that objective for Honda any more. Disappointed.
To be fair to him.. he's driving an absolute dog of a car. Even his pops would struggle with that shed on wheels.
Red Bull have ****ed up there. Max could have made it easily on Mediums and now he's starting on Softs. Advantage Hamilton.
And if they don't, and wind up having to fight early on....their afternoon could be shafted for them early. Guess we'll see.
I think he was out just to do a practice lap for Q3 when they realised the first lap might not be fast enough. Caught out by track evolution. Although I guess if it ends up a two stop tommorow, they might have decided more grip off the line is more important.
Or maybe that threat of rain is looking real and none of it matters. Anybody seen the latest forecast?
