    Really hope Pearson goes with a 3 - 5 - 2 on Tuesday.

Forest are on a roll, it's shame we couldn't have played them early September.
Whatever, Pearson has to play our 3 best defenders -Kalas, Baker and Atkinson.
We don't have the players to play in a 4.

It's our best chance to avoid another loss.

Agree always said three at the back is our best way forward.

I don't think City are in a good place whichever system Pearson chooses to use.
I believe you pick your best players and then fit a system to suit.
    Not the other way round.

The players Pearson has signed has improved our chances of staying up, that's all.
In recent weeks and the games I've witnessed (Preston, Luton, QPR and Fulham) City have been very lucky.
Thank goodness we have because we're going to need every point possible to avoid a relegation battle.

I realise Pearson is working under massive constraint because of Covid, but then as is every other Championship manager (except parachute clubs).Would any another manager do better with this squad ?
I honestly don't think they would.

    You called?.......<laugh>

I won't mention that we beat them 1-2 at their place last month so you should have no trouble with them at home.........<whistle>

    I did <laugh>

Just shows how fickle the Championship is. You started quite well, we started reasonably.
Now the likes of Swansea, Luton, Forest and Reading have found some form.
I think it's fair to say neither of us will be troubling the playoff's this year, nor probably the top half of the table.

    Agree with that.

Whether or not you turn them over on Tuesday, I expect Forest to make the playoffs - Cooper is a very, very good manager and coach.

If you want a good punt, you can get 18/1 on them getting promotion by any route. You are on 28/1, and for some inexplicable reason, we're at 25/1.

I wouldn't bet against Forest making the top 6 OS. With a lot of teams capable of beating each other, anyone that has consistency can finish well.
Sad to say that I also think they might be too much for us tomorrow evening.

I will be watching the antics on Robins TV which apart from the lousy football is well worth the money. Regrettably I expect us to lose again at home just because that's what we do and any points are a bonus when it comes to Ashton Gate. Message to one and all warming up as I speak please show us you care and get 3 points even it's only once this season. Please pretty please.
