McLeish takes over at Forest and I thought he was going to be our new Director of Football......Saved by the friggin bell.... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20855227
Sometimes you have to keep your thoughts to yourself, but you are right they didnt hang around.....already had the situation sorted.............
Paul Lambert ain't too bad either. I know he's struggling at Villa at the moment. But talking to some Villa fans they are happy to see where Lambert is taking them. They have been in decline for years and changed managers a few times but can't seem to steady the ship. (ring any bells yet?? )
well lets see if they feel the same after loosing 7 on the trot then eventually being bottom of their league and 5 points away from safety and having only won 2 games at home, and the manager refusing to play there best strikers. As I said last time you posted this ROD its his first season, We all felt the same last season with del. I guarantee they wouldn't feel the same if it was the same next season for them.
'Shankly, George Graham, Kenny Dalglish, Moyes to name four' - ' and Jock Stein, Walter Smith' And my favourite Matt Busby.
He's a bit like Alan Curbishley or Harry Redknapp though: amazing in patches, but never for the full season. And I think this appointment is great news. For Leicester, Watford, Millwall, Leeds, Brighton, Blackpool and Derby, that is.
Think this is cardiffs year sadley, the ooze quality everywhere over the pitch. But by god doesn't mackay moan about everything when things don't go his way. the ref, weather, the pitch
How could an oldie like me forget Sir Matt Busby. Difficult to choose a best one from Ferguson, Shankly and Busby. NB to all the City moaners; All of these were given time to get it together. But that was in the old days and aren't things different now? NO.
