Good result today along with a good performance. Time to move on to Tuesday's cup game and some formation porn.

    ---------------Krul
    Simpson--Taylor--Coloccini--Ferguson
    Gosling---Guthrie*-Cabaye---Marveaux
    --------------Sameobi
    ----------------Ba

*Guthrie off for Ben Arfa at HT

Happy with that except that Colla should get a rest, play Williamson and Cabaye should get a rest, play gosling in the middle and stick Obertan on the right. Obertan can really devastate a Championship team and then hopefully be dropped for the next game to give him a kick up the backside.

I would start HBA, that way he can plays until he feels he needs to come off. If you only give him 45 minutes he could be getting more fitness but you wouldn't be able to tell

  4. Marv isn't really a winger he is a central attacker, one that runs down the center of the pitch, shoots or distributes the ball into the box or to the winger.

He can play out wide you know.. good pace and skill! His natural position I think is left/right wing not sure though but he's equally able in AM by the looks of it. <ok>
