take inspiration from the fact that not everyone is in it for the money. https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blog...n--to-play-non-league-football-172258875.html
If only we could bottle his enthusiasm and drip feed it to some of our lot. With a side order of arsenic for Slade and Young.
Scott Young used to be considered a city favourite. He has no doubt gained a few bob out of his new role, but has he lost his favourite tag?
I only remember seeing Hayles the once. I think it was last game I went to an away City league game, probably about 10 years ago. He was playing for Plymouth down at Home Park and we were dominating the game. We went 3-0 up and were cruising after about an hour - that was it we all thought, points in the bag. Then McNuggs scored a peach of an own goal and Hayles got a second from a rugby scrum in our 6 yard box. At 3 -2 up we were still good for all the points, then along came Darren Purse with a beautiful header............for them! It finished all square at 3-3 and we couldn't believe it. As Dai Jones said at the time, when you score 5 goals you expect to win it........
