Those who have heard my opinion of the state of the town centre of Rochdale will know that I couldn't disagree with his reported opinion. I'm fortunate enough to live a couple of miles outside the centre and actually rarely go there. We took brb round the interesting bits when he came up for the away match at Rochdale - it took about half an hour (although the town hall was closed - it is actually quite magnificent).
