Every time we win a match we get told that all the referees favour us, there's a conspiracy and all the other usual bull****. When a decision goes against us we're told that it's "justice" and good that a decision has gone against us "for once". How can it be for once when it has happened many times before? What a load of ****!
EVERY time we play Chelsea they seem to get a win thanks to the officials, but to be honest we undid all our good work from the 1st half. That 2nd half performance was rubbish.
I think all the genuine fans of the game recognise that bad decisions even themselves out over the course of the season, with the proven subconcious bias by all refs in favour of the home team of course. You take the good ones and you take the bad ones and in the long run it makes very little difference to the overall state of affairs. We just weren't good enough in the second half yesterday, against a Chelsea team that seems to be coming into their best league form of the season. It's just annoying that so many of the bad decisions we get in our matches seem to have come against Chelsea over the last few seasons!
