You are all within your rights to doubt Del, this run is distressing and worrying. But if you all got your wish. Who do you want to come in and replace Del.

I'm not going to rubbish your suggestions and hopefully everyone else does not as well. Because at the end of the day your are entitled to an opinion.

I won't give a list of whose available but please be realistic, we are not going to get Jose, Alec are a Wenger.

Rod, Nooneee of us will get the chance to sign the new manager, but what we need is a proven manager,a manager that has the experience and track record at this level, this must be a minimum requirement.

A lad from a Scottish minnow is not the answer,we are in the championship, not the 4th division where you can learn your trade.

Im starting fall on the die of hoping we get a new manager now as its one thing to hit a purple patch but the manager is showing no signs of looking like he knows how to get out, tactics and player he is going with is crazy. Every game that we have scored points in, Woolford has started, again today couldnt get in the team. 4-4-3 has lead to zero points this season but still keeps going with that formation in the last few games.

However even though I would like a new manager I dont think we should be talking about replacements until it happens and lets be honest as shown with the last few managers City will just go with teh cheapest option. Why they went for DM over a more experienced manager and why they promoted Millen to manager before that. Johnson was taken from a lower league team and before that we had tinnion who again was promoted from a coach. Only time they have gone for someone who had previous experience at this level was Coppell who left shortly after taking the club stating that he left because of broken promises from the club and felt that the board lied to get him to take the job.

sorry but whoever comes in it will just be the same with these crap players.

If the unthinkable happens though (we go down) i like to start fresh, new manager, players, staff everything. Someone like Paul Tisdale to come in. But I'm sure we can sort this mess out (somehow)
