The England team will not change till the FA breaks up the Sky, Premiership, FA love in. That won't happen because there is too much bloody money to be made. Thankfully as I have plenty of Dutch friends I have for many years seen Holland as my second national team and they run their leagues and national team properly.
I don't even think they need to do that, they need to stop all of the Premier League academies bringing youngsters from overseas and only have british players within the academies. Also the stipulation on homegrown players needs to be more strict so that matchday squads should contain at least four home grown players from their academy.
Invade Germany and Spain, re-name them both England, and change both their kits and player names to English ones. Then we might win something, YES!
