Hi all I'm currently in the process of collecting data for a book about footballing rivalries. It would be greatly appreciated if you were able to complete the survey (which is only 2 questions long!)

    surveynuts.com/surveys/take?id=145813&c=3449935597LVPD

    Many thanks in advance

Well that didn't take long. I'm already chuckling at the fact TWS will all be saying Man U, as if Man U fans can even remember playing them.

    It's so sad it's funny <laugh>

Who would you consider your clubs top 3 rivalries?
    Hull Tigers , Hull City Tigers & 1904 ....

Grown a big hatred for that massive club from Sheffield in the last few years, always disliked them but recently (ever since the play off final) the bitterness there fans have shown towards us and how big they think they are has made me really hate that club.

I went for Scunthorpe, Grimsby and Sheff U. We aren't rivals with Leeds as far as I'm concerned, we just don't like them.

I did the same. I nearly swapped Grimsby for Lincoln & now think I should have as I based my choices on times gone by, when rivalries meant more to me than they do now.

Sheff Utd. Nasty bunch of Twats and as mine goes back to early 80.s they appear to have smoothly passed from father to son judging by the Fa cup semi. Twats

The day I see Scunthorpe as a 'rival' is the day I pack it in.

Good job the whole questionnaire wasn't based on just your response then.

Any club you have a Derby against is a rival really, but growing up Scunthorpe have been the ones we've played the most and as such I consider them rivals.

    No specific club
Whoever is closest to us in the league.

There are plenty of clubs I dislike but I wouldn't call them a rival
