I'm for it me, the times if seen sian massey officiating she's been solid, would like to see her take charge of a game, can't be any worse than any of the dross-like performances we've seen this season
If Claudia was to ref games, i can imagine the focus of attention would change a lot. 'Ah don't worry love, never a penalty, but loving the outfit'. Sian Massey is a very good official. She has got every decision right when i've seen her officiating games, and can take the pressure and abuse. Good on her. As for Karren Brady and wor Maggy, pair of munters who need to be kept behind the scenes.
In theory it should stop referees being abused if they were women, unless Stan Collymore comes out of retirement. I'm all for more fems in the game, for sure. On a separate note... Agree with most of this but I don't think that it is just this season that we have seen dross it has been bad for years but seems to be getting steadily worse.
