The new football governance bill will stop kits, names and badges being drastically changed without supporters approval...and teams won't be allowed to form breakaway leagues (as per the proposed European Super League)

This has been in the works for a long time. Sounds like the new government have just committed to continuing to see it through to law. Which is good, but expected.

The FA already have rules to prevent changes to club colours, names and badges (thanks to us), what they really need to do, is to ensure there's a more equitable distributions of funds across the leagues.
