Whilst I appreciate that things aren't going exactly swimmingly at the moment, and that there's a distinct possibility that the Rangers will be back in the Championship again next season, but a glance at the second tier table at the moment shows our fellow relagatees, Reading and Wigan, both languishing in the bottom-half (with Wigan in particular in a precarious position), and none of last time's losers, Norwich, Fulham and Cardiff, even occupying play-off places. I know where I'd rather be right now.
It seems to be a bad omen for us when we scoff at Fulham getting stuffed and then we play the next day. Let's hope that changes tomorrow.
