Can you sweat it out your system, just like a cold?

Its doing my ****ing head in, stomach cramped up so bad I could hardly do anything in the gym this morning.

Got 2 games of football this weekend and dont want to miss either of them. Ones a semi final against a right bunch of ****ers.

You cant sweat out food poisoning - but it will come out of ye one way or another!!! <laugh>

Its one of those ones that just takes a few days lad. If you try and do too much too soon - like going to the gym - you'll just **** yourself even more and take even longer to recover

I usually run off ****ty wee colds instead of letting them grind me down. So when my stomach was cramping up my natural reaction is to try sweating out the pain. Was getting pretty pissed off on the bike when I couldnt go as fast as usual.

Thats the last time I get a spicy chicken pizza from ****ing asda.

That is very true, there's a morrisons attached to the dirty Merrion Centre here. All the ethnics do their shopping there apart from the successful ethnics, they shop at Tesco in Oakwood <ok>

I hate them all to be honest

Asda by us is up by the big shopping centre -so there is ****lads of traffic usually and takes and age to get to

Tesco is in an "culturally diverse" area and i feari will be shot every time i go there

And sainsburys just annoys me cuz they have orange everywhere - oh and i hate that Jamie Oliver **** too!

There is a waitrose not far from me that we use - expensive as **** - but its easy to get to and quiet - so shoppings not an ordeal going there

The food is top notch out of there, I really like it especially the fruit and veg. There's an M&S within walking distance from me which I go to if I cant be arsed taking the 1 mile journey to Sainsbury's.

    Is it just me.....???

When in a supermarket, if a see what I think is a nice looking bit of stuff I will go down that aisle, even if there's nothing I want to buy in it, and have a browse around while trying to get a swatch at her tits/cleavage/arse then face etc. Or do a stealth move and fire down the next aisle that she will be maybe going into??
