Morning all. Ive just set us up an account on twitter to try and get some new fans on board. So if you're on twitter follow us and spread the word. Thanks https://twitter.com/BristolCityNot6
Just To Let You All Know, Most/All New Threads Will Now Be Posted Directly On To Our Twitter To Attract New Members And They Can See What We're Talking About
Sorry lads it will be back up running tomorrow. There was to much activity so they have suspended the account temporarily
Sorry everyone it will now take a few days!! Ive had an email telling me it was suspended because I posted to much, Which is ridiculous surely they would like a more active poster? Anyway ive asked if it could be put back up today and now we have to wait More info to follow........
Kevin Krans and Neil Kilkenny have retweeted us We did have bobby reid and joe bryan RT us before they bloody suspended us.
Shiny and other Mods; Do we have any control over what is tweeted on this account. I see that players are answering us so what type of messages will the playing staff and management be able to read? I do not like this modern mania for social networking as there isn't any control over what people can say. I don't mean if Twitter can censor thing like foul language or references to illegal sexual practices. I mean like one of our angry fans just sending messages that abuse an individual or the collective squad for mistakes in matches. Twitter will not be able to spot something like this I assume. Example "Thanks a bundle "player X" you absolutely useless piece of **** as your open goal miss from one inch means we are now relegated. I never want to see a w****r like you ever again playing for City". I believe we should be extremely careful about what we post and WHO can post. Otherwise we lose our credibility as a voice for true City supporters.
Open up a twitter account for yourself, I have and I am being told by the "gasheads" I'm to old but I did it, you'll be in control of your own actions, it's strange but a lot of fun...
