Flukes of 2015-16

I think it's safe to say there have been some flash in the pans of the past season that are showing themselves for the spoofers they are.

The obvious ones -
Kante, a small fish in a pool of piss, he'll never see European football.
Vardy, proper spoofer back to the lower leagues soon enough. Bottled the big move for a reason.
Payet, ppl up in arms why he never played for France before the summer - well this season shows why. He'll never play for France again.
Conte (with Italy in the Euros) he'll be 'sleeping with the fishes' soon enough.
Harry Kane, to think he was linked with United when we already have the more potent and consistent Rashford

Anyone else? Let's avoid naming whole teams. Leicester City and West Ham would be a cheap shot fellas and I don't want any wholesale bullying tbh.

He counts 2 seasons running. Amazing achievement tbf. Gold medal for that lad.

 

Kane & Vardy have done it in the last two seasons. To then suggest Rashford is better after a dozen appearances is somewhat hypocritical

If I had posted this thread in 2014 you'd be right. But he was pants 2015-16 so no fluke there to highlight.

 

BTW Courtois is another one, belongs in the Hazard bracket of flukes.
