Did anyone else feel like they were in a different ground yesterday? Not sure if it was darker, the lights were more focused or that just the seats were darker Not sure if I like it or not either.
I commented on the lights seeming brighter. My son thought they'd just replaced a few bulbs. I did rather like it.
I noticed a different feel to them when I went to the recent cup game against Everton. Things seemed a little sharper almost. More focused on the pitch itself. But maybe slightly less light than before. I think it was the first night game I'd been to since the pandemic start, so might have just forgot what the lights were like. It's possible they've changed the technology so that there is less leaking into the surrounding areas/light pollution.
