Don't get Barnsley myself, they sack a manager on average once a year?

They don't give there new manager much money, what do they expect? A managers not going to suddenly turn them into world beaters. They very rarely change much and normally go for someone very similar to what they had already.

 

This is football now. Very few clubs seem to have any sense of reality, perspective, etc. Everyone thinks they've got a right to be world beaters, they also expect progress every year but it isn't possible for every team to have that, some have to go backwards. Owners and chairmen don't understand this.
