The quickest he moved all night was straight up the tunnel when he went off 'injured'.

Moyes says he wasn't kicked by Evans, didn't mention a knee in the back................it wasn't a free kick either..................and never a penalty..................so they won 1-0! Simple

I thought he was excellent last night and there was a real drop in quality when he went off. Looked like lower back to me

Can't agree tbh, I don't think he excelled in any way.

He looks like he's unwilling to go the extra yard for Sunderland ............ shame, I had high hopes for him in a Sunderland shirt.

I would love Rhodes. I think it's written in the stars that he will be brilliant for us.

Well it's sometimes hard at the game with no replays and that but I thought he held the ball up really well, including several excellent one-touch lay-offs with his head and left peg. His timing for headers is top class and I thought he was generally excellent with his back to goal. When JA came on, with the same service, he failed to hold the ball up initially (although he improved later) and seemed to get into a physical struggle every time, rather than getting in front or using quality movement to allow our CB/CMs to pass into him.

Just my opinion, like! I admit he's been poor this season but I was impressed last night

as the lone ranger up front he is more often than not the chaser of badly placed passes, twice last night he started for near post but the ball was send far one, giving him hardly any time to change his run.

He's carrying that ankle mate, has been all season, all is not well with him ATM, he looks like he's struggling.
