Why should the Serbs be banned?

The Albanians flew a flag showing "Greater Albania" which was removed by a Serbian player, the Albanians then round on him, a Serb fan runs onto pitch and the Albanians players (3-4) all attack him.

Blame lies in both sides, Serbia should play a few games behind closed doors, as should Albania, but what's to stop another drone infringing the field next time?

 

I saw lots of Serbian fans attack the Albanian players, that's the biggest burden of blame.
