I stand by my belief that managers need to be given time. However, things do seem to be improving now. It's a pity that we got off to a poor start otherwise we really would be in with a promotion shout but that's not Sheridan's fault: with the churn we've had in the squad it's bound to take time to get things together. Well done to Sheridan, the players and the owner. What continues to worry me is what happens in the summer when we could lose a number of loan players e.g.20 goal Reid back to Yeovil if they get relegated? Does Sheridan then have to start again? Hard to build success that way. goal
