i dont think white did well at all. He has pace, he didnt use it, run at defenders with pace they hate it. He also seemed weak on the ball, got pushed off far too easily. Looked weak in tackles and i thought was also out of position at times. We need to look at the left back position and strengthen in my opinion. And also just another note, though O'Dear was **** again.

I feel the same. Sad thing is we are clearly going backways as a club. Scum could have put out their youth team tonight and we wouldnt have beaten them. Most of our lads are simply not good enough to wear the shirt. Interesting we cant sell out lland road for a clash like this anymore. I suspect a lot of fans knew what to expect

Agreed. O'Dea is ajoke, all over the place, always out of position, can't head the ball, can't pass, can't defend. What the hell does Grayson see in him?

We dont have a decent defender at the club. O'Dea, o'Brien, Paddy, bruce, take your pick from that lot. What have they all got in common. Answer they're all Division 1 standard. Either Grayson cant see that or hes powerless to sign anyone to change it. You can mix and match our current defenders any way you like and the result will be the same

no your wrong. they are all championship defenders with higher league football experience. They are just **** at leeds for some reason, it must be the style of play we use or the defensive coach is just ****. I think its more because how much we throw forward, the defenders just go into panic mode.

Well we didn't throw anyone forward tonight so that's no excuse. Bottom line is after all this time in charge the defence will NEVER be sorted out under Grayson, that's clear now. George Graham sorted it out after a couple of games. Grayson hasn't managed to after a couple of years.

Agree with Josh (for a change) White was awful, the whole back four were, I have made up my mind Lees is not a RB and White not a LB... Lees is a very promising defender but he isn't quite there and I feel it should be in the center. Snodgrass as well, he just looked like he didn't want to be on the pitch.

sweet you finally agree with me....

Lees should be playing in the center, especially as connolly provides a bit of reliability at RB as well. But yea i thought snoddy was non-existant, one of the worse games i have seen him in along with the sotton game as well.

You are right about Snoddy, he's not having a good time of it at the moment. We need a new RB or put Connolly back in, Lees in at CB with a new CB like Killgallen and looks like Pugh at LB. Plus a proper coach who know defending. White on LM?

There weren't any positives to that display. Fergie sent out a collection of strikers because he knew we can't defend for ****. And yet they were rarely in trouble at the back, whereas we looked like conceeding every time they went forward. Snoddy looks even slower than he used to be and the rest of the team stood and watched him - there was no off-the-ball movement. There's no creativity in the middle or the ability to break up play. Howson is deadweight, I can't see why people like him, other than chipping in the odd goal. It was so easy for Man U last night it was embarrassing.

Think you are about right Jud, I thought the sane when I saw so many attacking players in their side and no centre back, think the plan was just to pin us in our own half. SG has some serious work to do, Mika looked to make an impact, but difficult when it was a mess around him. Snoddy needs dropping for a while and give Sam a spell on RM. Just seems things are getting to Grayson at the moment with some poor decisions last night, I'd have played Taylor LB, White LM to offer protection but also width. Nunez is class, but only when in the middle not on the wing. Really worried after last night

Only positives were Clayton and McCormack, Snoddy was awful as was White and Howson. I thought O'Dea was decent, certainly better than Bromby. Connolly has to come in to the team, with Lees moving to centre half. Lees and Snoddy do not gel at all down the right flanks. Howson is so frustrating at times, him and Snoddy need a spell on the bench to give them a wake up call!! Such a poor all round performance, and the 2 Finns dont look up to much tbh.

White didn't do that badly. Considering he was up against Park with Valencia going on the outside - no protection from Keogh. Atleast White gets forward and supports the midfield - something Tom Lees never does.

Forsell didn't, other than elbowing that lad straight away. We were a mess all round. Their lad on the same side as White was bloody quick though, but White kept him fairly quiet, if we'd had O'dea out there it would have a lot worse than it was.

I think you mean White runs forward straight into an opposing player, falls over and gives the ball away ;)
