Probably doesnt have the funds if he doesnt sell cagliari and cant give guarentees. and GFH cant submit stuff that Bates has with them under his confidentiality agreement. Im still convinced Bates has shares with GFH he wouldnt sell all his 100% incase Leeds did one day make the prem.
