Won't be playing one of: Blackburn/Derby or Bolton/Burnley as they are playing each other in special games to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Football league.
I think a home match against a team who were in the Championship last season, somewhere in the middle of the final table. Relegated or promoted companies will have something to prove.
How about Leicester at home? Ipswich would do me as I'll be in the vicinity on the 3rd August. A home game and it'll have to be a speedy return! but otherwise I really don't mind. We have to play everyone in the end.
How many clubs will want to play us first in the hope that we have a hangover from losing the play-off final?
Probably depends on how many players we have in the team from that game... Hopefully a few but ATM only Deeney and Hogg of those who started are signed up for next season!
That hasn't been overly kind - I am away on the 10th and think 24th, so might not be able to make both home games in August! Might try and make Birmingham away if I can
Not bad at all. Mucks up plans I had with a friend, but hey ho. I can rearrange them .New years day is a good trip and who is up for winning the league at QPR??
Not too bad and not so many away Tuesday nights up norf! I wonder if Mrs W_Y will ask why we are spending NYE in Yeovil? Bornmuff in January is not too bad either and then get crowned as champions at Easter at Steptoes Yard will be heaven
We really do need to get our act together quickly as according to the table on the Beeb we are in the bottom three.
Why is is that opposition fans assume we will be down after the play-off defeat? It was ages ago for god sake! Its a new season, a chance to write a new page in the clubs history and in a players individual history. I would imagine the players we have will be up for it, they will have seen what happened last season and know what can be done and Zola will have built them up to their peak in theory.
A tricky looking start but then all games are going to be competitive! Police won't fancy Millwall and QPR over Christmas! I noticed at first Reading away said 17:20 kick-off but its been "corrected".
