Didn't we five in a row (in the league) under Sven? I'm sure AKCJ posted that the other day. Bristol City at home next. They only drew at hone to a poor Millwall side. A real chance to get 15 points from 15.
We won 7 out of 8 with 2 cup games with Man City thrown in The other teams we beat was Swansea, Hull and Barnsley The other game we drew with Iain Hume scoring a last min equaliser
Are we all in agreement now, that we are doing ok! We do not need that money grabbing Rednapp! even if it is just lazy paper-talk.
My sentiments exactly....... Large portion of humble pie for some of the more fickle minded of us though & as a gesture of goodwill my missus said she will provide the baby wipes to remove the egg off a certain persons GOB !
LONG LONG way to go but all very encouraging and we should just enjoy this run of results! You never kno whats round the corner as we all know so well being a City fan is never boring! Fair play to Nige, got u playing lovely attacking football and we look like a proper team, probably the first time since he left us!
Not sayin I told you so, was actually sayin that we have a good team & perhaps a TAD to early to call for a manager's head after just 5 games etc etc & in NP I TRUST,,,,KEEP THE FAITH !
I put Knockaert in my FF team as soon as he broke into the first team, that 2nd half vs Wolves gave us all a glimpse of what he can do
They are quite unpredictable this season, as have millwall who beat Middlesborough 3-1. Just a shame that the international break is after this match , need to keep up the momentum!
I'm wondering if I should drop King for him - but Knockaert is more likely to get man marked leaving space for the likes of King to attack...
------------------ Nigel Pearson .... " I told you so " I Said all along he was a good manager who would get you promoted sooner or later.. And with a bit of luck Steve Bruce may do the same for us.
