The injury-plagued defender was available on a Bosman free transfer, having been released by QPR when his contract recently expired. Leicester and Sheffield Wednesday had shown some interest in him, but he was keen to stay in the south. Hall, 31, made only 67 league starts for Rangers, who signed him from Wigan in January 2008. http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/watford-complete-signing-of-hall?
Zola needs to take a closer look at his medical team, it's beyond me how One Size can pass a medical?? never mind a ball!
He'll be warming the bench and physio table in yellow next year then. There is a small flame in him but I think he dropped the match long ago. Shame really, he should be a really good defender. (His behaviour during the Blackstock episode should not be forgotton though) Good luck Onesize.
Totally agree with this Bush Rhino. Him standing up to Palladini about the Blackstock sale was my personal highlight from The Four Year Plan. I wish him well. Good bloke, but nowhere near Premier League standard IMO.
We should be heavy to get on the back of Fitz. His work rate was never in question. He's the kind of player who can make silly mistakes but can also have great performances. I would say that he even sometimes achieved man of the match.
