I can imagine someone like Hammond or Lallana winning tbh.

    Lambert wouldn't surprise me

Lallana doesn't stop running until the final whistle. I remember the 3-2 win over MK Franchise where he was chasing the ball to the corner flag in the last minute of injury time despite running himself into the ground all game.

Yep, not bad for a lad who nearly didn't make it as a pro due to an irregular heartbeat.

Jen, are you the young woman in the video on Saintsplayer who is monitoring the players? Watching footballers pump iron and sticking electrodes to their chests would seem like your dream job!

I went for Rickie Lambert. He plays such a high percentage of available minutes, as I'm sure we can all admit that we rely on him for what he does. This was evident in the thread along the lines of 'life without Rickie'...He carries more weight than any other player I'm sure and is rarely injured.

I can see why Cork, Lallana, Chaplow would be mentioned.

Looking at the Fitness Day vid on Player, I am convinced we are going for the next moon shot, not promotion, what is that all about?

Whatever they're doing, we're seeing the results on the pitch. It's good to see sports science working how it's meant to.
