First lawsuit?

So the Premier League have voted to block some our possible sponsorship streams.
Full desparation steaks by self-interest.
Surely the Premier League should choose its battles wisely. The whole rotten stew of revenue streams connected to dubious sources might just come to public light.

We knew this sort of fun and games would start. Man City were the only ones who voted no also.

Supposedly we will defo be challenging this legally. They've voted it in temporary but the clubs want something in place long term. They are just looking for every which way they can stop Newcastle upsetting the applecart. You have the top clubs who don't want us at the dinner table, and the lower clubs who want us to stay sat with them.

Its pathetic that they behave in this way. As they've found out with Man City their stupid little rules won't be able to hold us back. We will find a way.

there is zero chance they could block any company associated with pif from being a sponsor.

let the arbitration take 2-3 years whilst playing the premier leagues delay tactics. Any complaints on the delays refer to the take over.

 

Six teams that wanted to form a European Super League and suck all the TV revenue out of the Premier League to line their own pockets vote along with all the rest except Man City to block sponsorship deals that would obviously benefit Newcastle, of course non of these clubs would even consider a sponsorship deal with any company that has links to PIF either. Just goes to show how hypocritical the "Big Six" are and only care about their own interest as it suits them, I'm not sure that this decision of banning such activity is legal anyway.

You know what, I'd love it if this had the opposite effect and Saudis just thought, "**** yous lot, we'll spent what we like" I'm sure they have legal teams telling them basically they can't stop you doing what you want. Not after Man City and Chelski and the likes have been buying the league.
