Just watching the game now... First 25 minutes saw the penalty which, at full speed, didn;t look anywhere near a penalty to me - only replays sowed otherwise (Campbell still went down easily mind) - ball was comfortably keepers so not a goalscoring opportunity. Pitch is horrendous mind. Worst PL pitch I've seen for as long as I can remember. Cattermole chests a ball into open space running into an attacking position and gets done for handball with the referee blind to the angle - Phil Dowd guessing. Not once have palace looked dangerous. Long range efforts miles off target and nothing more. Have to pause it to go shopping so will update at half time!!
They watered the pitch before the game (Cloughie trick). According to the BBC, Palace had one shot on target, that would have been Chamakh's shot which led to the og, we had seven on target
