FIRED-UP ADEL TAARABT SAYS QPR WILL STUN GUNNERS
ABOVE: QPR's Adel Taarabt in action against Everton Arsenal will be a tough game, but we played some good stuff against Everton and we are *going there to win Adel Taarabt

ADEL TAARABT plans to end rock-bottom QPR’s winless streak – by piling on the agony for *Arsenal.

Rangers missed the chance to get their first win of the season when they drew 1-1 at home against Everton on Sunday.

They were playing against 10 men for half an hour after Steven Pienaar was sent off. However, they could not make it count.

But winger Taarabt claims the signs are good ahead of Saturday’s trip to face Arsene Wenger’s side and backs Rangers to hand *Arsenal back-to-back defeats after they lost at Norwich.

The Morocco international said: “Arsenal will be a tough game, but we played some good stuff against Everton and we are *going there to win.

“We have to keep going and with a little bit of luck, we’ll start to win games.

“When Everton went down to 10 men, *after the red card, we thought that was *going to help us, but they dropped back and defended and it was very hard for us.

“At the moment we don’t have the points to show for it, but I’m sure they will soon come – hopefully starting at Arsenal.”

One major plus point for Rangers was the form of Junior Hoilett, who scored his first league goal for the club and looked a *menace throughout.

Taarabt feels there is a lot more to come from the former *Blackburn star, who played in a new position against the Toffees.

He said: “It was good to play with Junior Hoilett, who was excellent.

“For 70 minutes he played behind the striker before we changed it.

“We should have won it in the last 20 minutes when they went down to 10 men.

“Sometimes we went forward too quickly when we could have kept the ball and played the right pass.

“But because we *wanted to win we went forward too quickly and lost our concentration a little bit.”

What he meant was it was good to play without SWP who has never been excellent.
