So PJ doesn't want to throw caution to the wind, it's so important that we finish strongly....

let's face it, we're not even going to finish top half.

    This will inspire everyone:

“Listen, we haven’t got 10 youngsters who are going to set the world alight. It’s okay people saying ‘throw the kids in’, but they’ve got to earn that right to get in the team.”

Just piss off the lot of you. Put us back into administration and give us the club back so we can start from scratch in League One or Two...

At least he knows that is what the fans want, even if he isn't going to act on it. It always surprises me how managers and players seem to know what the fans are saying on forums like these!

Woah Lancs, you sound slightly pissed off my friend!!

I thought we may have seen a couple of youngsters on the bench but hey ho, Jewell obviously doesn't think it a good idea.

I see Callum Bennett has refused to sign the offered 1 yr new contract, our youngsters don't seem to be that committed over the last few seasons, this is very worrying and we have to ask the question, WHY??? Is it because we are not offering much these days or maybe they just don't like Evans/Clegg and Jewell, i'm with them on the latter two!! Can't comment on Evans as we never hear anything from him, which i feel has to change soon!!

This summer will be very interesting, i think we will get in a couple of average players at best and will struggle, i hope i'm wrong but after reading that Jewell is looking to freebies i get the feeling we could be in doodoo!!

Am I the only person who thinks this is just the sort of thing & way Keane would have said.? <yikes>

I am at the point now where I think the best thing we could all do for our football club is send a message by voting with our feet and those of us who have season tickets or shirts ordered already get a refund.

Taking away the income is the only language that Clegg understands.

I'm nearly getting to the point where I couldn't care less about Evans' money. We've been going backwards ever since he came in.
    RE: Callum Bennet
    Right back : check
    Young : check
Worthy of a contract : check
Smart enough to see he won't be given a fair chance : check
It's a sad day when our academy scholars see a better future for themselves playing regular league one football for their development than staying with us.

Bennet maybe worthy of a contract but that does not mean he should get whatever he wants....
