Injury hit QPR take their abysmal away record to Upton Park this weekend to face a West Ham team attracting plenty of praise for their performances. But the league table means this isn't a time for excuses.

Everybody knows Harry Redknapp's modus operandi by now. Sign loads of players, spend loads of money, take all the credit if it goes right, abdicate responsibility for anything that goes wrong. Even the supporters of Tottenham, where he achieved consecutive top-four finishes, unmatched by anybody before him or since in the Premier League era, warned that QPR fans would grow tired of the excuses. That's 'Arry.

In this age where football journalists turn up once a week, address the QPR manager as "Aitch", and ask him about the Ryder Cup more than the struggles at Loftus Road, you can get away with that, literally no questions asked.

Genuine question here 999s - I know you love our club for all those blessed and yet all unreciropable reasons. I'm also going to be extremely forward and state you're sick and tired of Aitch, furthermore I know I've irked you with my stance on Tone.
Do you still not think there's something stinking in the State of Denmark, or are you still seeing him as a massive positive?
I ask as I've just been accused here by an RRs lover (same as me), that I'm a heretic for thinking otherwise. I actually value you're input and dont for a second question your love ( as you cant be doing this for fun) for our club, and the job you do means by default I have to give your opinion the utmost respect.
You know who we're takling about here - and again, genuinely.

So.the last time we played Remy scored from a Taarabt pass and a superhuman game from Cesar helped us get a point. Great.

With all due respect danish, I don't recall myself being particularly irked by your goodself. As the old forum mantra goes '' don't tackle the poster, tackle the post.''

This is mostly the case with me in general forum discussions anyway. If I see something that I feel the need to respond to, well then I do. If it's something that may require a lot of ping-ponging debate that's not going to resolve itself then I just let it slide. I've better things to do with my time. I never feel the inclination to get personal with any of our posters unless it's of a humorous nature. More often often than not I don't really take note of who the poster is, or if I do I quickly forget. (Although I agree that, that in itself sounds a bit Arryish.)

I don't think you should value my input over that of anybody else on here. Whether that's because I'm a Mod or as you mentioned my job. It makes me no better or worse than anyone else. I'm just another poster and would like to think that I should be treated as such. Whatever and whoever we are in this world doesn't ultimately matter when it boils down to a football forum. It can only be the words that we see written within posts on our board where you should cast your judgement on any particular poster.

As for 'Arry, I wouldn't say I was sick and tired of him, frustrated more like. A manager should be a leader, the Admiral Nelson of his ship. Guiding it into battle with skill, bravery and tenacity and using every resource available to him. Never seeking excuses, realising that every decision is of his own making and leading by example.

As for Tony, I think he is inherently good. It has often been said that there is a fine line between the character traits exercised by successful businessmen, politicians and serial killers. Such as superficial charm, an exaggerated sense of self-worth, glibness, lying, lack of remorse and manipulation of others. This of course doesn't apply to our Tone, as far as I'm aware. He's different to most other club owners, and I like that.
