Just an interesting study by the Telegraph on Premier League clubs profit/loss etc from 2010/2011. Amazing to see so many different results, as well as which clubs speculate to accumulate, and which ensure financial security..Being without debt is really wonderful!

Yes, no wonder they're getting rid of everyone - will be even worse paying out for MCleish on top of that. Looks like Bolton might be in trouble too, not to mention Liverpool, kind of 'banked' on getting into the Champions League...

 

how are fulham getting away with being 200 million in debt?

 

My understanding is that the vast majority of that debt is owed to Mohamed al-Fayed, their owner. So they can get away with it, so long as he keeps plowing money in...should he grow weary of losing money on a mid-table team, however, they are completely screwed.

 

And Fulham.
