Michael Smith Is due to go out on loan- and to a league side!! Glad we aren't bothering with sending him to bromley or cheltenham city. The league 2 club has yet to be disclosed, but it's definitely a good sign.
Er, Cheltenham is not a city, but it does have a League club. Ironic if that is where he ends up. Hope he gets some match time wherever it is.
Very good news - he looked really sharp in the FA Cup game. Good to see him going to League 2 as well. With greatest respect to sides below BSB Premier, I'm not sure a loan period in a league lower than that does very much at all for a player, except to maintain fitness. Even in the Premier, it's good to see Yado Mambo adding to his goal tally on Saturday, but IMO, his spell at Ebbsfleet hasn't put him one inch closer to a place in the Charlton set-up.
lol! Thats Chelmsford Chrissy. Cheltenham certainly would be a good club for Smithy to go on loan too as they're certainly flying high in League Two at the moment...
I don't think I'm taking much of a punt here when I say that I think this is going to be a highly productive loan spell for all concerned.

Coming back to Smith, i dont want to take the shine off his Hat-Trick, and I know you have to be there to score, but even my Mum could have scored those three goals yesterday.
