Abu Hamza actually means 'father of Hamza'. Its not in fact bu Hamza'a name

Its like osama bin Laden. The bin or ben (as in hatem ben arfa) means 'son of'. which makes hatems dads name Arfa

another little gem for you, the wigan keeper Ali al habsi . Al habshi was the term used for absynnian slaves, often meaning black
al can mean the so its Ali the Black

Arabs do similar but dont use the word begets hence you get ali bin sharrif bin abdullah bin mubarak bin....................

In Pakistan etc they use the word 'wald' which means son of

This is why there is no 'family' name as such, those that have one adopted it for the purposes of the west/immigration

    Thanks T

As for the vest thingy, try Asda in Birmingham. They have an 'ethnic' section disguised under 'speciality'
