Final Fantasy Football league standings - Next season?

I know there's a FF thread, but I think we should just have a new thread to discuss the final standings, how it went, and discussing the possibility of a league next season?

I'm seriously considering not accepting people into the league that obviously just couldn't be arsed after as early as a quarter of the way through the season.

I want a league where people at least try throughout the season. I'm not saying you can't forget to do it every so often and I understand how it's not the most important thing in your life, but if you're too busy to do it then don't join.

You seem to have forgotten to impose that penalty on Cheatin' Heed !

Ask Obi and Ban Ban, they're aware of it.

 

From my perspective, I thought it went very well as a whole.
I can't complain, but, to be honest, when I play FF, I play to win one way or another, for Money or for Fun.

I would be careful about not accepting entrants, as you may find people entering limited.

The problem with a Fun League, is that people will lose interest if they fall behind, that's just the way it is, when there's no monetary aspect to it. This is compounded with this particular version, where you need to keep on top of it throughout the season, again people lose interest.

Just a thought, but, have you considered other options, like the Telegraph.

 

First time ive played any sort of fantasy football and it was a good laugh. I dont bet a lot but this FF led me to watch a fair few games where i just had points riding on it. Defo up for it next year, even if its a new version or even a moneyleague, whatever.

Tbh 26 teams was quite a lot, not surprised there were a few who dropped out
