With nufc goings on over the past 11 days

Just got back from Tunisia where I managed to get an ear infection and 3 injections in my butt to make sure I could fly home... Never fun having a strange African poking your arse with a prick (yeah I went there).

Anyway lads have I missed anything exciting (nufc related).

Debuchy is looking like he is going to sign, however time seems to be passing and nothing is happening!
Douglas has been the subject of another bid from us probably to be rejected because it's too low, other Prem teams have also submitted bids but i'm sure he'd choose us other them.
Anita want's to leave Ajax but apparently we haven't been in talks with them for at least the last two weeks. Anita is trying to manufacture a move it seems but as of yet, no progress there.
There was talk of us maybe going for Anton Ferdinand if the Douglas deal falls through, hopefully that is just **** rumours though.
De Jong has signed for Gladbach.
Carroll might be coming home but not on a loan deal, Liverpool only want a permanent deal, by the sounds of it they are pricing him out of a move think they're wanting in the region of £17m-£20m pounds for him.
We have signed Gael Bigirimana (sp) from Coventry.
We lost our 1st friendly to some 3rd division side with a youth/reserve team
We won our 2nd friends against Monaco with a more experience side out

And thats about it i think, probably have missed something mind you!

 

Thats pretty nailed it... If only i could fast forward time to the 1st of september and be given a list of what took place like that!

 

So no concrete transfer news :/ oh well.

I'm sure I'll be able to find the general consensus of the forum in other posts on Carroll possibly returning, Im not sure how happy id be to see him back mind.
