did england\Ireland\Scotland\wales not bother with qualifying
or are their under 20s worse than the full teams
 
We didn't qualify, think because there is no Uafa under 20's the only time they would play is for that World Cup, we put all our decent players into the under 21's so the team would be made up of dribs and drabs!
