    i'd absolutely hate that. i couldnt live with myself if i was being paid £100k-£200k a week and was told to take 4 months off on holiday

    Liverpool won't pay him. It is gross misconduct. In an ideal world I am sure they would love to sack him...

    I sincerely hope they won't pay him! Makes the ban utterly pointless to him and only effects the teams he plays in. Also why the hell isn't anyone getting him some help? They is clearly something a miss for him to keep wanting to bite people, and it needs to be addressed!

    He'll still move to Spain. The Spanish season starts a bit later than ours too usually so that will play in to his hands.

    I think the ban was too lenient. Rio got more for missing a drugs test - this man has bitten 3 opponents now.

    I think it should be 9 international games, and 4 months starting from the first game of the season, he definitely has a screw loose, that's for certain.

    The muttering here in Spain is that Barcelona may hope to get him cheap, and put non-biting clause in his contract (it's true - front page of Marca).
