I havnt played since my 1st borne, 5 yrs on and i set myself up with the gear! I used to be decent back in the day! Now i'm ****! I need help, hints and tips, pleeeeeeeaaaaaase!
Put it up to top level and just keep playing games. Find your formation and you'll soon start winning games
I win 5/6-0 on semi-pro, proffesional i get beaten, my mates are humiliating me, on-line against strangers i'm getting smashed aswel.
Playing on legendary will make you better. I never go lower, every year when i get it I lose against the comp at first but then you find your feet. Its an unbelievably great game.
I've always found that professional, world class and legendary (especially the last two) aren't much different, the computer just has small differences in its tactics, if you want to be challenged then you should move between world class and legendary every 3/4 games in my opinion.
Sussed it! Dont be sunderland all the time! Try new teams learn new things! Anybody wanna play? User name : rubyamber
This. And no matter how annoyed you get, take 5 and go back and harness the determination! Master long passing, it confuses people, and mix it up, wings/middle/wongs/middle, 90% of people online do one or the other, makes them piss easy to suss out!
It's all about practice. Play against pro, and if you can beat a 5 star team in pro often enough, then you're good enough to beat most ppl online IMO
I'd agree, I always get control of a defender early when I lose possession and drag him back as well, as the FIFA AI will always leave you wide open otherwise, drag one back, and the AI follows with at least one more.
I didn't buy 12, opted for Pro Evo instead, big mistake but this one was easy to pick up after not playing Fifa for over 12 months. For me, it's a different game on line completely, especially since you're up against Barca/Real/Bayern/Chelsea/United near enough every game on line. Close control is what you need to master, being able to hold onto the ball when there's no pass on, holding LT&RT together (L2&R2 on PS3?) to get the player into "face up dribbling" mode, with the benefit of better ball control, master this along with precision dribbling (LT/L2 whilst dribbling) and you're likely to enjoy an on line experience a lot more. Stick to precision finishing for a few games, get your curled shots down to a T and then it will come naturally, then experiment with power and swerve. Tinker with formations too until you get one that works well for you. Don't waste too much time trying to master skills, until your comfortable with your game either. The amount of times I'll bin some idiot who thinks it's a dancing game is unbelievable, 9 times out of 10 they've logged off before half time.
