The Super Dooper USA Cup of radicalness and bodaciousness 2: Electric Boogaloo! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32322693
Manchester United will defend their International Champions Cup title? As if it's something anyone gives a **** about. It's a kick about to build fitness for the season's start FFS. Wonder what LVG makes of it all. He was having a meltdown re United's pre season last year.
That sounds like a trophy to me! #winitforlouis P.S. Anyone else look at the OP and think Bod had just been raped?
I think United are only going for 12 days (instead of 19) and are playing all their matches in one location (instead of zig zagging across the country). Fair compromise between the manager and the money men.
Yeah, seems sensible. I'm all for emerging markets but not at the expense of potentially knackering the players before the season even starts.
Better off playing our traditional friendlies than hob-nobbing in the USA. United need the gig to keep the Glazers malls open, our pre-season matches last year were spot on.
Isn't the tournament called the International Champions Cup? How do United qualify? Most expensive bench?
I love the BBC title Manchester United will defend their International Champions Cup title Though they did then move that title into the paragraph but it was the title a few days ago, they edit the **** out of their articles cos their writers are so piss poor As if it is something other than pre-season warm up games like
Don't know why we bother with the US, they only buy European retirees and deliver very little. BBC showed a picture of 109,000 at a match between "The International Cup Holders" and someone else, maybe Bayern of Barca, in Chicago or somewhere. Liverpool got 100,000 in Melbourne playing a local team. We should be going where the game is developing and that's not the US. Asia is the new World for football.
New York are in the tournament aswell, whats the bet that we play them and Lampard scores against us again
