With both obviously having to happen next season just wondering if the 'allegedly' best paid manager in the division will be doing his bit and having a wage reduction seeing as he failed in his main objective?
Do you really think anyone would know this if it was true? Unless he'd left and the club wanted to dirty his name.
Possibly yes - he wouldn't have left Hull for less and our owners were throwing money about at that period of time.
He was poached by our owners wasn't he? Unless I'm totally naive when you are approached to go and work for a competitor then you can realistically name your price, if they want you that much then they pay it or a mutually agreed package - you don't get approached to go and work for someone else on less money and more pressure/expectation, you'd tell them bollocks?
Sorry, I didn't make myself clear enough. I mean why wouldn't he have left Hull for less than £1m a year?
BUT, how much was he on at Hull? I was on a 40k salary. Was approached about a new job. I asked for 100k. They told me to **** off.
Didn't I put realistically? http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/leicester-pay-big-money-prise-pearson-hull-2168421
I know, I'm just messing. That's one article from a Hull-related website and it hardly looks official... Truth is, we have no idea how much he is on.
