FFP probe: Hull City under investigation by Uefa Hull are under investigation by Uefa for possible breaches of financial fair play (FFP) rules, European football's governing body has announced. The Tigers, who played in the qualifying rounds of the Europa League, are among several clubs under scrutiny. The FA Cup runners-up must submit further information but do not face any immediate sanctions. Uefa introduced its financial fair play rules in 2011 to curb overspending on player transfers and wages. Sparta Prague, Lyon, Panathinaikos, Ruch Chorzoow and Wolfsburg are also being investigated. Uefa has also extended investigations into Liverpool, Monaco, Roma, Inter Milan, Besiktas, Sporting Lisbon and Krasnodar. Last season, Uefa punished a number of clubs for overspending on transfer and wages. Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain were hardest hit, each fined £49m and handed restrictions on transfer spending. They were also told to reduce the size of their Champions League squad.
Ffs FFP. What's the problem? Even if we get charged so what? It'll be a fine for the mental fooker and we get banned from Europe for next season. I cant see the latter being an issue if I'm honest....

The ramifications of this could be huge. We might only be allowed a reduced sized squad in the Champions League next season
Rather than being flippant about being banned from Europe, I'd be more worried about the state my clubs books if I were you. Worst case scenario Relegation and Allam pulls the plug. That could eventually cost you your club without a quick investor. There's a lot of pressure for you to avoid relegation this year. Honestly, fingers crossed you stay up. The last thing the game needs is another foreign owner sending a English football club down **** creek.
Rob Wilson the football finance bloke from Sheffield Uni just been on Radio Humberside, he didn't seem to think there was anything to worry about.
I expect the club to be sold towards the end of the season, quite possibly when Premier League survival has been secured. A fire sale would raise far less revenue than a sale of the club, so simply isn't going to happen.
When he refuses to inject more equity. Then the rules of FFP change considerably. If that happens you go from a maximum permitted loss of 105m over three years in the premier league to 15m over three years. If in the championship it goes from 8m to 3m which is why you'd be ****ed if AA decided he ain't putting another penny in. He's only worth an estimated £287m including assets. He doesn't have a bottomless pit of money. When he pulls the plug you better hope your books a close to balancing. http://www.financialfairplay.co.uk/financial-fair-play-explained.php Might want to start selling out every game and finding yourself a buyer quickly.
