Should 5 minutes of injury time now be referred to as Mancini time?

Anyone that writes off United and Ferguson is certifiable.

You only lost on goal difference and were 5 minutes away from winning.

You'll be there again at the top with City next year.

Agreed to an extent, but it will depend upon investment. Everyone praises Ferguson for doing so well with this particular squad of players, can he do SO well again, especially since City will certainly invest?

You do need to get rid of some of the dead wood and investment is required but I would never doubt Fergie for a second.

If an average United squad kept up with a 500 million squad then Fergie has done alright with bar a mistake made in the City game with the team selection however with more enforcements in the summer we will well challenge for the title <ok>

Not really relevant - a team is made up of a squad of 25. "First 11" changes almost every week.

United threw away the title with an 8 point lead like how Spurs squandered 3rd place with 13 point gap above Arsenal at one stage. There's no doubt City were a shade lucky to win the title yesterday, needed 2 goals in added time.

You heard wrong. City's midfield and attack cost more than Utd's entire starting XI yesterday. Also, Utd's first 11 was assembled over the course of 20 years, whereas City's was assembled over about three years.

You were obviously referring to Webbs' display at the SoL yesterday (or anytime he has reffed Manure), most of the crowd and quite a lot of the local radio were (not) surprised that the FA appointed Webb as ref as his pro-manure bias is well known, it continued yesterday with only one difference instead of asking Rooney what the decision should be he asked Scholes or Paul as he kept calling him. Although Rooney kicked out he was not even booked (he is missing a couple of England games for similar action) and for some reason Jones was not given a 2nd yellow and we were not given a penalty. But when Manure were near our pen area and fell over they were given a free kick. I think at one point Webb even told the linesman (sorry asst. ref )not to give a decision against Manure. I am just thankful we had nothing riding on the game.

5 minutes was justified definately, sure3 with nothing happening you'll get 3 so 2 extra minutes for Barton was fair.

As for city and squad costs, you'll probably find United have spent more than city since the prem started but suddenly its bad to spend quickly in a modern game where success is expected instantly and the rewards for success are huge.

I am still wondering why anyone has a problem with this, it is not against the rules, there is not even a gentlemens agreement on this, it is just fan bile so no matter what way you try frame phrase or twist it City have done nothing wrong, bought players that could win the title and won it.

Chelsea paid 50m for essentially a substitute but seeing as they are no threat to United in the title race it goes unmentioned nor any slating of Madrid buying their league when they paid 80m for Ronaldo and a host of others that season to boot.

Its getting tired the money thing, if the rules change and city get busted, then good, if not I am sure you'll all be certain there is dirty dealings going on, a conspiracy theory if you will, you lot are not so different from other fans it seems:)
