Sir Alex spoke about Patrick Vieira's 'United are desperate' comments in his press conference: "If itâs desperation bringing the best midfielder in Britain back for the last 20 years [Paul Scholes] then I think we can accept that. I think he was programmed for that. Roberto [Mancini] had a wee dig a couple of weeks back. Weâre all going to play our hand that way. There will be plenty of ammunition for that. "I think the point Vieira makes about Ravel Morrison and losing our young players â we wanted to sell him letâs be clear about that for obvious reasons. But we want Pogba to stay because we think heâs going to be a fantastic Manchester United player and hopefully thatâs the case. "If you talk about desperation⦠City played a player the other night who refused to go on the pitch and the manager said heâd never play again and he takes a five-month holiday in Argentinaâ¦what is that? Could that come under the description of desperation? There will be plenty of ammunition donât worry." Thoughts ?
Fergie is right. The way Vieira talked about us being desperate when we bought Scholes back yet they welcome back Tevez with open arms despite what he did. The word hypocrisy springs to mind.
welcome to the world of mind games. SAF is the master, Vieira is the failed apprentice. In the words of Lord Sugar, "you are fired"
Pathetic WUM attempt from Vieira. Need to do better than that. Scholes' performances have more than justified bringing him back, and who cares if he's 37, if you're good enough then you're young enough. I agree that welcoming back Tevez after refusing to play because he 'wasn't quite in the mood' in his own words, and then going AWOL for five months, that's desperation. Taking back a proven quality player and a first-class pro who clearly makes the team better is hardly desperation. And losing Morrison? If that's the best he got to taunt United then good luck for your mind games with Fergie. Most fans were glad to see him gone, and the fact that in almost four months at a Championship team he has played a grand total of 9 minutes suggests he wasn't too much of a loss as far as this season is concerned. In short, Paddy Vieira, you fail.
Shows how much of a ****tard viera is surely you dont comment on basically how **** a team are when theyre above you in the league and have spent about 200million less lol; also i love how he is city through and through these days pretty much forgot about arsenal lmao
Also, let's not forget Vieira's attempt to start playing football again when he signed for City and hilariously failed.
I cannot believe that Mancini and Vieira have decided to play mind games. They are bound to lose. They have so much disunity and some of their players are totally out of control. This reminds me of Rafa benitez of the scousers who stupidly started a rant against SAF and soon afterwards their team stated losing points and never recovered. Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. I honestly thought that the scousers were poised to win their first premiership title. I am glad that this spat has started and Fergie has responded. In desperation stakes, City is million times worse than we are. Bringing a player you said will never wear the shirt again because he disrespected you is just humiliating. Worse if subsequently you do not win the title.
Oh Fergie I enjoyed the bit at the end where the reporter says Paul Scholes and Fergie cuts him off with "he's terrible."
Starting mind games with Fergie, is like starting a street fight with Mike Tyson. There only going to get hurt! Dont you just hate Viera, what a cock, an Arsenal legend who has sold out to Man City. I'd love to know how Arsenal fans felt of this complete tool
Viera LOL the guy who **** his pants and was physically scared of a 5'9 man from cork, ****ing tough guy
